LimeLock for Lead Companies

Overview

User privacy protection has always been one of the major challenges of any lead generating business. Many users, afraid to expose their e-mail addresses and phone numbers, often choose to walk away from the site and not use the service. This results in lower conversion rates.

In addition to this challenge, no effective solution has been found for the problem of illegal reselling of leads. Also, only limited solutions have been proposed for issues such as validation of the quality of leads, statistics for conversion of leads to jobs, etc.

LimeLock™ technology was developed to effectively answer all of these challenges.

Increasing your revenue

LimeLock™ technology was designed to protect privacy of internet users. As a result it directly helps you improve your bottom line. It is estimated that on average some 10%-20% of all the traffic reaching forms does not convert for reasons directly related to privacy issues. The most dominant reasons are:

  1. Users' suspicions concerning the safety of their personal information (phones and e-mails). The largest share of traffic stops right there - people don't want to get spam, or be bothered by telemarketers. Giving your visitors a choice to anonymize their contact information using LimeLock™ technology is a sure way to eliminate this concern and win them as your consumers.
  2. Users want to be contacted by e-mail only, no phone calls. This group of visitors is very hard to convert into leads. Those who do convert usually use fake phones. LimeLock™ offers unique solutions to help users who only want to be contacted by e-mail, and at the same time it helps you provide your lead buyers with valid phone numbers to call and communicate with the users. That message is delivered clearly to the visitors at the point of interaction (the form) through our LimeLock™ seal, helping them convert into leads with confidence.
  3. Users being suspicious about particular web sites. Why do some users choose one web site over another when they clearly both offer the same service? This decision is made in the few seconds the user spends on each site, and results from the level of trust that is created during this short span. Having our "Protected by LimeLock™" seal on your forms would greatly increase the credibility of your brand and gives you an immediate advantage over your competitors.

It is estimated that by employing LimeLock™ technology your market share will grow by 5%-25%, with average gross increase in lead value between $0.25 to over $1 (depending on various factors, e.g. type of industry, etc.). With the LimeLock™ competitive pricing model using our service is simply good for your bottom line.

Controlling your leads

We would like you to consider a few questions:

  • How do you know who calls or e-mails your leads?
  • How can you be sure your leads are not being resold by rogue lead buyers or the frustrated salesmen who work your leads?
  • How can you know if the lead buyers are telling you the truth about the "poor" quality of your leads that "...can never be reached..."?
  • How do you know if lead buyers do not abuse your leads by spamming, or by contacting a lead several times under different names?
  • How do you know your affiliates are not reselling their leads twice or more to your competitors, or their own lead buyers?
  • These are just few of the valid questions every owner of a lead service periodically asks themselves. So far no solution could provide reliable answer to any of those questions.

LimeLock™ provides you with answers to ALL of the above questions and many more. Since all the anonymized phone and e-mail traffic goes through our servers we are able to:

  • Provide you with detailed phone and e-mail traffic statistic PER LEAD,
  • Allow you to submit authorization commands for EACH LEAD, thus preventing companies you didn't submit the lead to from contacting the client,
  • Alert you of any unauthorized activity which might take place with your leads,
  • Give you communication statistics PER LEAD BUYER (for example average duration of phone conversations with clients, etc.),
  • Provide you with embedded lead evaluation based on phone call statistics (see below),
  • Provide you with tools to control the lead flow of your affiliates,
  • And much more...

For a detailed list of all the benefits that your company will enjoy when using LimeLock™ technology please fill out the form to the right and our representative will contact you with more details.

Validating your leads

One of the bonuses of using LimeLock™ on your forms is the introduction of extra layers of form validation (this is especially valuable for often poorly validated affiliate forms).

  1. On-form validation layer: Our API is designed in a way that allows us to warn the user in case his/her e-mail or phone input is invalid for one of several reasons (we are also experimenting with validation of other fields such as name, etc.). After the input is validated, this contact information is anonymized and submitted.

This extra layer of validation is intended to significantly reduce the number of defective leads that reach your system.
  2. Internal validation: Unfortunately, some "defective" leads will still reach your system. Those leads include bad (but undetectable) phones and e-mails, consumers who are looking for a different service and mistakenly filled out the form, people who are not interested in the service (it happens as you probably know), etc.

Today it takes a lot of effort to isolate those leads (often those leads are rejected by the lead buyers). To verify them as "defective" companies need to maintain teams of callers that validate those leads by calling the suspicious phone numbers.

LimeLock™ uses phone call statistics to rate the leads. This way leads containing phone numbers which are disconnected or unreachable will receive a "Red" code ("definitely defective"), leads where average phone conversations never exceed 1 minute will receive a "Yellow" code ("suspicious"), and so on. This information can easily be channelled to your internal system, thus providing you with instant view on the quality of you leads - no phone calls needed!

Many leads rejected by lead buyers as invalid can be verified as "valid" almost instantly, resulting in higher revenues.

Know with whom your leads convert

One of the difficult challenges lead companies face is to know the real value of their leads as they convert into jobs and orders. Conversion statistics is often a well guarded trade secret of the lead buyer that books the job or closes the deal. Unless the booking is done through the lead company system in a marketplace-type environment the only way to get this data is from the consumers.

Only a fracture of this information can be retrieved using traditional surveying methods that some lead companies employ, mostly due to naturally low response rates.

LimeLock™ offers an improved methodology to retrieve this information as part of our service. We act as a type of intermediary between the consumer and the lead company (with its lead buyers). This creates a special type of relationship with the consumer through a series of e-mail messages we send as part of our service (for example, messages specific to the use of their LimeLock™ account, or other technical messages. Note: we never send marketing messages).

As part of that communication we will run our own survey on the service consumers received from LimeLock™. These surveys are designed in ways which allow additional industry-customized questions that are related directly to the business of the lead company. Since consumer trust for the LimeLock™ brand is high, particularly as a result of recent use of our service, the response rate for our survey is much higher as well. With this we can greatly increase the rate of consumer feedback on the lead company and get better booking statistics.

Additionally, we are researching other ways to receive booking information through the resources we make available in user accounts.
