Upon creation, we will gather certain information such as your Internet Protocol address, browser type, browser language, and the date and time of your visit. We may place a cookie on your computer (see discussion of cookies, below), and use this information for internal purposes, to improve our Website or our products and services, or to track abuse of our services. Submission of Personal Information
When you submit a form on a website that includes the LimeLock™ seal, we record your real telephone numbers and e-mail addresses, and assign anonymized Aliases. When the requested lead buyers call or e-mail those Aliases our system automatically relays the calls and e-mail messages to your real numbers and e-mail addresses. Your real contact information is never revealed to the marketer, and this way your privacy is protected.
For your protection, all information with respect to a transaction, including the credit card holder's name, credit card number, expiration date, security code, billing address and bank account number is subject to verification prior to processing any transaction. This is to assist us in preventing fraud and the unauthorized use of a credit card without or checking account without the card holder's or owner's permission. Records of your billing information are kept separately from records of your Internet activities.
When you use LimeLock's™ services, LimeLock™ may keep records of Internet Protocol addresses visited. These records are used by LimeLock™ to optimize its service and for troubleshooting purposes. From time to time it may become necessary for LimeLock™, during limited and usually brief periods of time, to maintain usage data to assist LimeLock™ in debugging its system or addressing other problems with its products or services. This usage data may include such information as your Internet Protocol address, browser type, browser language, the date and time of your request, the size in kilobytes of the communication, and one or more cookies that may uniquely identify your browser. (See discussion of cookies, below.) Please note that LimeLock's™ services are offered pursuant to terms and conditions of end user license agreements governing use of such particular services which agreements may contain provisions regarding the generation, maintenance, use and disposition of customer information which supplement or vary from those of this privacy policy, and which will take priority in governing the customer's use of the said services.
End Users of LimeLock's™ services are provided an anonymous email address and an anonymous telephone number, known as an Alias, that correlates in our system back to their user name and real identity. Unless addressed to us, we do not read email messages, instant messages, online chats, or the content of other online communications that passes through our service unless it is necessary for us to ensure the security of our services and to maintain quality of our service. LimeLock™ will not disclose customer identities or information concerning email communication except as stated below in the discussion of our information sharing practices.
To prevent Fraud and enhance security, Aliases can only be canceled 24 hours from the moment of creation. Aliases automatically expire after sixty (60) days from date of creation, unless you choose to postpone their cancellation in your user account. Each time you fill out a form marked by "Protected by LimeLock™" we create a new session within your account and assign new aliases to your e-mail and phones even if you use the same data.
